TheMarketing Manager - Performance Marketingis responsible for the delivery of digital activities across CRM and possible social, search and display platforms. They will plan and execute the CRM media campaigns as well as manage the optimization and reporting in collaboration with cross-functional teams, our specialist will be essential to ensuring that integrated digital strategies are aligned with strengthening customer engagement and delivering profitable revenue growth for Blue across the Al-Futtaim group - with a focus on Retail spend.

Job Requirements

Professional degree/s in Business and Loyalty marketing. A Master's degree in Loyalty marketing is preferred

Experience of working in matrixed environments where influence and collaboration are dominant behaviors for success

Good understanding of Digital, performance marketing trends in the retail industry

Ability to work cross marketing & loyalty/matrix teams for enhancing customer engagement

A minimum of two years experience managing end-to-end campaign delivery across key digital channels.

Experience segmenting audiences and applying them to campaigns.

Basic SEO knowledge (preferred)

Proficient in Google Analytics (required)
