Description:
Previous HR experience in Hotel is an advantage.
The ideal candidate will offer support with all the Human Resources processes:
Recruitment - posting roles, screening CVs, preparing and managing offer letters
Admin System and Payroll - create/update profiles of the new joiners, perform separations, check attendance
Training - organizing and implementing the Monthly Training Calendar: training invites, training encoding, materials preparation
TakeCare Activities and Employee Engagement - organizing and implementing the Monthly TakeCare Calendar - involving the champions, promoting the events, preparing the BEOs, tracking participation.
