Job Responsibilities:

a-Follows all relevant Group policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner

b-Provide accurate, high quality and timely legal advice on a variety of legal topics, including those of a complex nature with limited to no supervision to the Group and its partners

c-Research, analyze and convey timely updates on the development of legal and policy environments that would have an impact on the Group's business

Job Requirements:

a-At least 4-5 years of post-qualification experience as a corporate and commercial in-house lawyer with a reputed luxury and fashion company or law firm.

b-Bachelor's degree in Law.

c- Experience in Contract Law and Corporate Governance in the Middle East.
