As part of our expanding practice, we are looking to build an additional team that will focus on the Dubai Off Plan and Secondary market. To be successful, you will be energetic, disciplined, resilient with a positive attitude and the ambition to become the best closer in the market. The Company provides high profile, well experienced management to support and guide you, an excellent and effective marketing team that ensures quality leads and market presence to make sure you are given the chance to shine!
Requirements:
Excellent communication in ENGLISH is a MUST (Writing, reading and speaking)
Additional languages would be an asset. Verbal and written communication skills are required to be able to communicate properly with clients, business owners etc.
Negotiation Skills: Able to conduct price negotiations to secure properties at a potentially profitable rate
Analytical Skills: Property consultants are skilled in carrying out property market research and survey to identify properties generating the most profit.
Sales and customer service skills are an extra asset.
