You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. If you are an enthusiastic individual with a passion for media, then this job could be perfect for you! Your key  job  responsibilities as the  Dutch speaking Customer Account Advisor  in  Cape Town, South Africa : Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships Understand clients' needs and objectives, offering tailored solutions and recommendations to maximise their experience with our media offerings Handle inquiries, requests, and concerns from clients promptly and professionally, striving for swift issue resolution. Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and communication history using our CRM system Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of clients' media campaigns, including scheduling, content creation, and performance tracking Gather feedback from clients to contribute to the continuous improvement of our media offerings and services Requirements for this  Dutch speaking Customer Account Advisor job  in  Cape Town, South Africa : Fluent in Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages Previous experience in customer service, account management, or a related field is advantageous Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships Detail-oriented and organised, capable of managing multiple client accounts simultaneously Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and communication tools A passion for media, advertising, and staying updated on industry trends Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment
