Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.ResponsibilitiesLead the proposal, planning and delivery of consulting engagements with a focus on organization and people services in the private, public, not-for-profit and Indigenous sectorsExecute projects related to change management, organizational review and design, talent management, performance management, human resource strategy and policy developmentManage engagement planning and scheduling as well as project financials (budgets, WIP, timely billing, collection, variance recognition)Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure client needs are met and relationships grow and developReview, design and develop high-quality deliverables including reports, presentations and other correspondenceMaintain high quality control and apply specialized knowledge to anticipate, identify and address issues or key risks relevant to the client's businessNetwork in the local business community, consider business development opportunities and lead the preparation and delivery of competitive proposals to meet client needsMentor, motivate and coach team members towards professional and personal development by setting clear expectations, providing feedback and conducting performance reviewsContribute to strategic and operational planning related to client and practice management, as well as the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processesMaintain flexibility to travel, as necessarySkills and ExperienceBachelor's or master's degree in business, organizational development, organizational psychology, behavioural sciences or other related fieldCPHR, Prosci, CMC, PMP or other related designations or certifications are considered an asset8 to 9 years of human capital strategy experience, ideally in a consulting and client-service environmentStrong business and practice development skillsDemonstration of advanced project management skills and tacticsProven people management, relationship building and leadership skillsStrong strategic planning and conceptual thinking skillsMyRewards@MNPWith a focus on high-potential earnings, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards that support our unique culture and a balanced lifestyle to thrive at work and outside of the office.
