Job Advert About the role Join our team within Government Technology Services as a Technology Learning Officer where you will be responsible for delivering end user training in a range of IT systems to people working across the Isle of Man Government. We're looking for someone who is passionate about IT, but more importantly, is passionate about and has experience of delivering training to a diverse group of people. In addition to supporting our Technology Learning Manager in upskilling our customers by delivering training, you will also help with the creation of user guides (written and visual), and e-learning courses and materials. Things to note You will be based at 4th Floor, Markwell House, but this role does involve some travel to other government locations around the island to deliver training as and when necessary. Working from home may be possible too, following completion of a probationary period. A basic police check is required for this post, which the Isle of Man Government will cover the cost of for you.
