Job Description Fund Structuring : Lead the structuring of a fund dedicated to Real Estate development and yield, emphasizing income-generating projects in Saudi Arabia. Asset Origination : identify, evaluate, and secure income-generating assets, exploring opportunities in the region. Deal Structuring : Conduct feasibility studies, source income-generating assets, and negotiate Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) and bank financing. Market Analysis : Assess market trends, evaluate opportunities, and provide valuable insights to guide confidential investment decisions. Team Collaboration : Collaborate with existing teams, fostering synergy with the asset management and investment teams.The Successful Applicant 5-10 years of experience in Real Estate investments. Strong skills in sourcing, conducting investment analysis, and structuring deals, with a preference for buy-side experience. Previous exposure to income-generating assets and familiarity with the Saudi and UAE markets. Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is advantageous but not mandatory. Possesses an engineering background (preferred).
