About The Role Hairhouse is looking for a Store Manager to lead, empower and support our amazing team and promote best practice store operations. To succeed in this role, you will bring your previous management experience to lead, coach and mentor the Hairhouse team to deliver exceptional customer experiences across all areas of the business including retail, salon and piercing. Skills and Experience A minimum 3 years' Retail Management experience A passion for Hair and Beauty (any experience is a plus) Experience in guiding a team to achieve KPIs and sales targets Exceptional organisational and time management skills Strong people management skills.
