Job Description The Channel Sales Director oversees Classera's channel sales and marketing, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction. Responsibilities include establishing Channel Programs, gathering reports, developing revenue strategies, and addressing concerns. Meeting growth metrics set by the board and VP of Sales is crucial, as is leading the channel team while adhering to company policies. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning:
  • Create yearly plans for the Channel Department, including clear goals and quarterly progress reporting.
Sales Strategies
  • Develop short- and long-term sales strategies, evaluating program effectiveness.
Policy Oversight
  • Direct channel sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.
Pipeline Management
  • Ensure a healthy partner pipeline for Classera's verticals including LMS, TMS, CPay, etc.
Collaboration
  • Work with other departments to ensure market fit in target territories.
Marketing Campaigns
  • Execute various marketing campaigns, analyzing post-program ROI.
Co-marketing Business Plans
  • Develop plans for year-over-year growth with existing Channel partners.
Budget Management
  • Lead channel budget allocations, assessing ROI of investments.
Sales Process Development
  • Develop sales processes and business rules for channel partner sales.
Sales Initiatives
  • Lead sales initiatives in identified territories, driving sales through appropriate channels.
Client Success
  • Ensure exceptional client ROI results through metrics-based outcomes.
