Senior Product Marketing Manager

What is the role about?

As a Senior Product Marketer at Bitvavo, you will be an integral part of the Brand and Communication team within the Marketing department. You will create a go-to-market strategy, based on the product (innovation) roadmap. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute impactful marketing communication campaigns that promote our products, highlight new features, and showcase our services to all relevant European target groups.

How you'll make an impact:

Develop, coordinate and implement a go-to-market strategy based on the product (innovation) roadmap

Work as the liaison between the product teams and the marketing teams: coordinating, communicating and aligning our product-roadmap into the marketing agenda and vice versa.

Create compelling and targeted marketing materials so that the marketing team can prepare product collateral, blog posts, branded content, CRM, social media and other activations to effectively communicate the value of Bitvavo's offerings.

Analyse campaign performance, user behaviour, and market trends to continuously optimise product-marketing efforts and improve ROI.

Research and test competitive products in the industry to both identify new relevant features and services and gain inspiration and insights to optimise our product marketing communication and campaigns.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, engineering, acquisition and growth, to identify and prioritise customer needs and market opportunities.

Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, competitors, and regulations to ensure Bitvavo's product, features and services and its product marketing efforts are always relevant and impactful, including events and product related conferences.

Support social media accounts for product related issues and listen to the communities to identify new product trends that should be pursued and capitalised by Bitvavo.

How will you be successful?

You have at least 5-10 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the cryptocurrency, fintech, or technology industries.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing communication strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content and narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven marketing decisions.

Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape, with a passion for blockchain technology and its potential to disrupt traditional financial systems.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Additional language skills are a plus.
