Store Manager - General Merchandise

In this role you will play a key role in this retail operation by overseeing all aspects of store management. You will be responsible for ensuring the store's success through effective leadership, staff management, and operational excellence. Your main duties will include:DESCRIPTIONTeam Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of dedicated and motivated retail professionals. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and exceptional customer service.Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, track merchandise turnover, and manage stock ordering to ensure that the store is well-stocked with popular products while minimizing overstock.Customer Service: Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service. Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.Sales and Profitability: Set sales targets and goals, implement effective sales strategies, and monitor financial performance.
