Having strong knowledge of Managing tour packages domestic/internationally and Umrah Packages.Job DescriptionDetermining clients' requirements for travel, accommodation and special interestsSuggesting itineraries based on available travel routes and cost, availability and convenience of transportMaking and confirming travel and accommodation reservations and informing clients of plain connections and hotelsNotifying clients of travel dates, baggage limits, and medical and visa requirementsProviding information on tourist attractions and tour availabilityCollecting payments and issuing clients' itineraries, relevant documentation, tickets for travel and vouchers for accommodationProviding information on travel insurance, relevant local/legal regulations such as customs regulations,Answering inquiries from tourists and corporate clients and offering suggestions about tours, travel routes, accommodation and local customsJob SpecificationRequirements:At-least Intermediate or Bachelors PreferredMinimum 2 years' experienceMust be familiar with Basic Tariff and TicketingHands on experience on Galileo and Sabre reservations systemsKnowledge and experience of Tours Selling, Visas and Hotels WorldwideKnowledge of world geography and IATA/Travel Industry rules and regulations
