GT Operation Areas (Production-Maintenance-Quality))   LOCATION: Ad Dammām - Eastern - Saudi Arabia  DEPARTMENT:  INDUSTRIAL OPERATIONS  Production.  Ensures that production programs are completed by controlling the load distribution among the machines. Coordinates the supply of raw materials based on the established manufacturing program. Analyzes and solves any operating and non-operating problems that may arise in the area and determines the causes for problems and the corrective actions to be taken to solve it. Controls the production and makes sure that quality and security standards are met. Ensures compliance with the budget by participating together with the Engineering and Costs areas, in the definition of consumption standards and of investments planned for the area and monitoring actual versus budgeted consumption providing detailed explanations of any possible differences. Ensures the equipment's correct functioning by working together with the maintenance area in the identification of potential problems, in improvements to be implemented as well as in machinery reinstallations to be made. Analyzes, interprets and recommends courses of action for more complex topics.  Complies with the energy consumption target/goals, carrying out the required actions that aim to save energy. Maintenance. Participates in the definition of the maintenance planning implementation in his/her area. Follows up the execution of the maintenance activities by controlling the availability of necessary resources and that the internal/external services comply with time, cost, quality and safety standards. Ensures availability of necessary materials and spare parts required to carry out on projects. Participates in the homologation process of new supplies and services Prepares the budget of spare parts to be used performing a stock-count of spare parts, coordinating major inputs needed for repairs. Analyzes cost behavior and cost reduction options. Analyzes machine performance in order to: identfy the causes of defects and propose corrective and preventive actions; generate improvement opportunities and maximize its useful life. Manages and updates the maintenance information system, keeping record of the information related to his/her area. Participates in maintenance programs to minimize/optimize the use of required energy. Defines procedures and fosters maintenance program execution to minimize/optimize the use of required energy, and promotes improvement actions in general in order to reduce resources consumption waste. To comply with HSE procedures, report any incident or observation, perform inspections and participate in the investigation process. Implement the preventive/corrective actions. Keep updated the risk analysis and the environmental aspect assessment. Quality.  Performs product certification ensuring compliance of tests and inspections with customer requirements and applicable standards. Ensures that certificate generated meets other customer requirements, e.g. type of certificate, commercial data, MTC approval by TPI as required. Performs final product release for delivery. Makes product certificates available in time to Documentation Dept. for the invoicing process.
