This is a remote position.Provision of legal advice and assistance to existing clients. Collecting, analysing andevaluating financial and operational information with respect toinvestment and developmentopportunities. Research relevanttrends and translate them into actionable outputs for existing orfuture projects. Support bids fordevelopment or operational mandates by producinganalysis. Preparing acquisition memosfor internal and external purposes.Assisting with due diligence on investmentopportunities. Support all aspects ofdeal execution from transaction approval to final leasedocumentation. Providing monthly loanstatements Producing reportsproperty, investment memos and Sectorreports Producing investorpacks Ad-hoc reporting and analysisas needed. Requirements Beequipped to work fully remotely from home with excellent connectiononline in South Africa. Advanced / Expert in Excel isnot negotiable.
