Senior Business Process Consultant

We are looking for Senior Business Process Consultant for Financial Consumer Agency of Canada (FCAC)with a Security Clearance Level of Reliability - Bilingual.

Job Specifications:

1. Senior Level

2. University Degree

3. Relevant Professional Certification

4. Experience: 10 years / 120 + months

5. The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of five (5) years of experience within the past ten (10) years in conducting assessment of security practices (security principles, frameworks, and best practices relevant to the Public Service).

The bidder must include the following information about how the proposed resource's stated experience was obtained:

a) Name of the client organization;

b) Start and end dates of the contract;

c) Name, position, e-mail address and phone number of Technical Authority; and

d) Title and information about each assessment.

6. The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has initiated and completed, while occupying a lead role*, a minimum of two (2) Security Audits evaluating the effectiveness of security controls and practices within the last five (5) years with the Government of Canada.

*A lead role is defined as a resource being:

a) The primary authority for conducting the evaluation; and

b) The person responsible for writing and submitting the final evaluation report, including recommendations.

The bidder must include the following information about how the proposed resource's stated experience was obtained:

a) Name the client organization;

b) Start and end dates of the contract;

c) Name, position, e-mail address and phone number of Technical Authority; and

d) Title and information about each evaluation.

7. The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of five (5) years of experience within the past ten (10) years in conducting comprehensive risk assessments including the identification of vulnerabilities, and prioritization of mitigation efforts based on risk exposure with the Government of Canada. The bidder must include the following information about how the proposed resource's stated experience was obtained:

a) Name of the client organization;

b) Start and end dates of the contract.

c) Name, position, e-mail address and phone number of Technical Authority; and

d) Title and information about each assessments.

8. The Bidder must demonstrate that the proposed resource has a minimum of five (5) years of experience within the past ten (10) years in conducting compliance assessments such as legal, regulatory requirements or industry-specific standards with the Government of Canada.

The bidder must include the following information about how the proposed resource's stated experience was obtained:

a) Name of the client organization;

b) Start and end dates of the contract;

c) Name, position, e-mail address and phone number of Technical Authority; and

d) Title and information about each assessments.

9. The proposed resource has completed assessment of elements of a security program such as Business Continuity Management, personnel security, access control, incident response, within the last five (5) years.

10. The Bidder should submit one (1) copy of an assessment that the proposed resource has initiated and completed within the last five (5) years.
