Position Description Unique opportunity to join a renowned law firm's corporate team in their London office. Our client's corporate team is highly regarded as a global adviser in a wide range of corporate matters, including public takeovers, private M&A, private equity, ECM, complex joint ventures, disposals, and corporate restructurings, as well as general commercial and corporate governance issues. The team's clients include both public and private entities, ranging across retail firms, financial institutions, and media giants. The role has a focus on the energy sector, including renewables, infrastructure, and oil and gas. The ideal candidate will be working closely with corporate partners and other senior members of the team who may also require assistance on a variety of other corporate matters from time to time. Key Requirements Our client is looking for a highly motivated associate to join their London team. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a lawyer in a corporate (energy & infrastructure) team. In addition, you will have:

• strong technical knowledge with regard to private corporate M&A in energy projects;
• strong transactional experience;
• outstanding academic credentials; and
• excellent client relationship skills.

Additional responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing documentation, providing strategic advice to clients, as well as managing client expectations and project delivery appropriately.
