**Description**
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic outdoor sales person to join our team at our sports and dietary supplement store. As an outdoor sales man, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to customers in various outdoor settings. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about fitness, sports, and leading an active lifestyle.
we do offer commissions after reaching a monthly target that is set at beginning of the month. Also we want our employees to look neat and also possess knowledge of all the products we have on our shelves
**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers in outdoor locations such as active clothing stores, sporting events, and fitness centers.
- Educate customers about our wide range of sports and dietary supplements.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Assist with merchandising and ensuring product displays are attractive and well-stocked.
- Deliver products to customers
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in outdoor sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of sports and dietary supplements.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
- Ability to use microsoft word & excel in an efficient way.
Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,500.00 per month

**Experience**:
- sales: 3 years (preferred)
- sports and dietary supplements: 3 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- english (required)
- arabic (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Qatar Driving license (required)
