IT Audit Consultant - Software Implementation

You'll play a key role in helping clients implement our world-class GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) software. What you will do:Be a client hero! Deliver exceptional training, support and consulting services with our industry-leading Galvanize/HighBond softwareLeverage your data analysis expertise (ACL scripting) to provide clients with actionable insightsPartner with the sales team to conduct successful Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) and showcase the software's capabilitiesTrain clients and internal stakeholders on the software, ensuring knowledge transfer and ongoing successStay up-to-date on the latest software features and functionalities to continually improve client trainingManage client expectations effectively, fostering strong relationships and exceeding their needsIdentify risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure project successContribute to a collaborative and fast-paced work environment, with some travel across Africa (max 2-3 weeks per trip)You Are:A highly skilled IT or internal audit professional with a minimum of 3 years of experienceA data analysis whizz with experience using scripting techniques like ACPassionate about knowledge transfer and delivering engaging training sessionsA natural communicator with the ability to build strong client relationships at all levelsA self-starter who thrives under pressure and manages time effectivelyA team player who embraces a culture of innovation and continuous learningBonus Points:Experience with other audit management software (Teammate, BarnOwl, CURA, ACL GRC)Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Systems Auditor (CISA) certificationPrevious experience with Galvanize (ACL) softwareWhat We Offer:The opportunity to play a vital role in the success of a growing, dynamic companyA challenging and rewarding career in the exciting field of GRCCompetitive salary and benefits packageThe chance to work with cutting-edge technology that helps businesses achieve their goalsThis is a hybrid role based in Johannesburg, with occasional travel required (max 2-3 weeks) across Africa.
