As a Knowledge Management Specialist/Analyst, you will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing our organization's knowledge assets. You will work directly on knowledge management activities, capturing, organizing, and updating knowledge resources such as case studies, best practices, templates, and tools. Your role will be crucial in fostering a culture of knowledge-sharing and collaboration among consultants, ensuring the collective knowledge of the organization is easily accessible and utilized effectively. You will play a key part in capturing valuable insights and expertise gained from various projects, documenting them systematically, and maintaining an up-to-date knowledge repository. Additionally, you will be involved in designing and delivering training programs, continuously improving knowledge management processes, conducting industry research, and tracking the performance and impact of knowledge-sharing initiatives. Responsibilities:Knowledge Sharing and CollaborationEstablish platforms, databases, and tools for easy knowledge-sharing among consulting team.Curate external knowledge sources to supplement the internal knowledge repository.Ensure the internal knowledge repository is up-to-date and accessible to all teams.Facilitate the onboarding of new consultants by providing access to relevant knowledge resources.Connect new team member with experienced mentors to expedite their integration. Knowledge Capture and Documentation and Repository Management:Capture valuable insights and expertise from consultants and project experiences.Document knowledge assets, such as case studies, best practices, and lessons learned reports.Organize knowledge resources in a systematic manner for easy retrieval.Maintain and update the knowledge repositories to ensure the accuracy and relevance of stored information.Implement efficient search capabilities and accessibility for all consultants.Analyze the usage of knowledge resources and identify areas for improvement.Measure the impact of knowledge-sharing initiatives on the organization's performance. Knowledge Transfer for New Joiners:Facilitate the onboarding of new team member by providing access to relevant knowledge resources.Connect new team member with experienced mentors to expedite their integration. Thought Leadership and Research:Conduct research on industry trends, emerging markets, and relevant topics.Support thought leadership initiatives by offering valuable insights to clients.Bachelor's degree in Knowledge Management, Information Science, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in knowledge management, research, or a related analytical field.Strong organizational and documentation skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to promote knowledge-sharing.Proficiency in information retrieval and knowledge repository management.Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in knowledge management or related roles.
