• Leading the Creative team to produce new ideas for our client's branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.• Meeting with clients or executives to discuss their requirements and vision• Directing brainstorming meetings and creative sessions with the creative team to develop ideas for campaigns and projects• Pitching concepts to clients or directors by means of innovative presentations• Assisting the client in resolving issues by providing different creative solutions.• Shaping brand standards and creating procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate.• Supervising the department's daily workflow, assigning project workloads, and monitoring deadlines and budgets.• Lead on BTL and ATL creative work with all their needs.• Assist the digital, retail and FFM departments in creating Creative work for the client.• Attend shoots and photoshoots for different campaign, follow up, and give constructive feedback throughout all the process starting from the pre-production phase to the post-production and all what comes in between.• Ensuring that projects are completed within time, scope and budget• Nurturing a work environment that is conducive to creative thinking• Hiring, managing and motivating creative team members·Bachelor's degree from Art college or University or equivalent·8+ years' of proven experience in a similar creative role, and minimum 3 years as a creative director.·Previous experience working in an international agency.·Current portfolio to be submitted with your application·Good command of English & Arabic skills in writing and presentation.·Attention to details and ability to work within strict deadlines.·Strong presentation skills and effective client relations skills.
