In this role, you will primarily support the B&F team while also providing limited assistance to the Projects team. Collaboration with various departments, including Knowledge & Innovation, Learning & Development, BDMC, and Legal Solutions & Technology, is a key aspect of this position. Senior Knowledge Lawyer Banking & Finance - Large Law Firm - Sandton Key Requirements: 5-8 years of post-admission legal experience in Banking & Finance, including loan and security documentation drafting and negotiation. Preferred, but not essential: Previous experience as a Knowledge Lawyer or Professional Support Lawyer in a law firm The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with a passion for the law and its commercial application. Strong communication skills, highly organized, and detail-oriented. While candidates based in Johannesburg are preferred, applicants from Cape Town are also welcome.
