Company Description Rixos Qetaifan Island North Rixos Qetaifan Island North will comprise a 345-key hotel, along with a souq encompassing 11,000sqm of leasing space, a beach club, a theme park, and a waterpark. The resort will boast panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Rixos plans to provide a platform for showcasing Qatar as a tourism destination. One of the country's biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North's Waterpark attraction. The Rig 1938 is the world's highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres. Job Description F&B Guest Experience Executive - French Brasserie Greets guests, and escorts them to the table seating Manage waiting list Offer appropriate seating arrangements Make reservation arrangements Ensure all orders are filled in a timely and accurate manner Maintain a clean and organized work area Observe proper grooming and personal hygiene at all times Assist waiters and head waiters when needed Manage event-related work including setting up tables and maintaining both the exterior and interior of the outlet. Ensure all guests receive positive and professional service to the highest standards to exceed the customer's expectations Handles guest problems and complaints Attend all regular departmental briefings and contribute to open communication within the assigned team Performs other duties pertinent to this job as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position in the hospitality industry (5* Hotel or resort) Good communication skills, preferably Russian speaker Interpersonal skills Basic computer skills Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and smiling face Friendly and approachable Cooperative and self-giving team player Ability and willingness to perform under stress Positive and high energy level A willingness to go the extra mile to ensure needs are met Additional Information
