รายละเอียดงาน - Analyses store training needs in Brand (Check the understanding of brand & products , service, and key messages; carry out analyses, set up action plans to improve effectiveness). - Coach and train service skill and product knowlage to standardize their know-how and expertise on the highest level. - Coach, counsel and develop management team in the achievement of company standards and their personal development plans. - Take the lead in to build training programs that are aligned to the need of business as well as adapted to the co-workers way of learning for today and tomorrow needs. - Support all managers in the store in the learning & development process by being the expert on learning & development of co-workers and managers; pro-actively lead the learning & development process. - Ensure investment and budget for all learning activities with clear goal setting and follow up. - Monitor and evaluate training programs, processes and workflows for quality and effectiveness; make recommendations for improvement. - Ensure proper training phases are successfully completed of all employees in relation to their development. - Ensuring that all employees are adequately trained in all aspects of their jobs. - Overseeing the development of training programs for new management team. - Manages and/or supports the development and execution of training programs. - Analyze the training curriculum and delivery, identify needs, and formulate appropriate recommendations of action plans in conjunction with the asst. general manager and area manager. คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or Female
- 35 - 45
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field is required.
- At least 10 years experience in Food and Beverage Business.
- At least 2 years experience as an Area Manager and at least 2 years experience as an Operation Training.
