SAP EAM Architect and Business process Lead

Purpose of Role Wipro is looking for a SAP EAM Architect and Business process Lead who has implementation, configuration, and support experience in Syclo/ SAP Asset Manager (SSAM) Mobile enterprise solutions. We’re looking for someone who can work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them to into Functional specifications for the Syclo/ SSAM platform. The sucessful candidate should be able to provide guidance and support to the existing leads on the client side and have knowledge of current SSAM capability and future roadmap items Other duties include:

• Requirement gathering: Collaborate with client to gather and analyze business requirements related to mobile enterprise solutions.
• Solution Design & Review: Design and configure Syclo applications to meet the client needs, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and standards.
• Implementation: Lead the implementation of Syclo/ SSAM solutions, including system setup, configuration, and customization as needed.
• Testing: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of Syclo/ SSAM applications, addressing any issues that raise during testing.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals to support implementation and training efforts
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross functional teams including developers, project managers and business analysts to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs. Experience working with other partners as part of delivering SSAM enhancements

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience working in Syclo & SSAM as Functional Consultant or in similar role , with focus on implementing and supporting mobile enterprise solutions
• In-depth knowledge of Syclo’s mobile applications platform, including Agentry and related modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into functional requirements.
• Experience with SAP integration and familiarity with SAP modules (e.g. SAP ECC, SAP S/4 HANA, etc.) is preferred.
