What you'll be doing: As a Senior Test Engineer, you will support our Digital Team in the execution of testing practices for our Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. Reporting to the Test & Release Lead, you will:

• Plan, design, and execute test cases for AEM-based projects, covering functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Automate test scripts for AEM components and functionalities, using tools like Playwright/Applitools/Cypress, AEM Test Automation Framework, or similar.
• Continuously improve QA processes, standards, and best practices for AEM testing
• Mentor other team members in testing best practices for Adobe Experience Manager
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate testing requirements and resources
• Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance the overall quality and user experience
• Identify and manage testing risks

A bit about you:

• Significant experience in a senior testing role, preferably in the financial services industry
• Experience with Test Automation tools such as Selenium or Playwright (using Java)
• Experience with API testing, and CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket/Jenkins
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Ability to build effective lasting relationships with external stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with an eye for detail and a systematic approach to problems

Nice to have skills:

• Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks, particularly for AEM.
• Automate test scripts for AEM components and functionalities, using tools like Playwright/Applitools/Cypress, AEM Test Automation Framework, or similar.
• Experience in performance test strategy and execution
• Experience in security/penetration testing and execution
