We are looking for a Machine Learning and AI Engineer to delve into vast amounts of raw data, discerning patterns that will elevate our product offerings. In this dynamic role, you will not only build data products to glean valuable business insights but also engage with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Bard, Bedrock, LLaMA-2, etc., to drive innovation.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and deploy advanced recommendation algorithms tailored to the job portal.
2. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and NLP, and assess their applicability to our needs.
3. Analyse large amounts of information to unearth trends and patterns.
4. Build predictive models and machine-learning algorithms, including fine-tuning the prompts of generative AI tools to optimize outcomes.
5. Ensure the scalability and continuous improvement of machine learning models in a production environment.
6. Collaborate with product development teams to productionize machine learning models and integrate AI solutions into the existing platform.
7. Integrate generative AI models to automate and enhance summarization and career advice.
8. Collaborate with product development teams to understand requirements and provide AI-driven solutions.

Requirements:

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a graduate degree in Data Science or another quantitative field is preferred.
• 1-2 years of proven experience as a Data Scientist or Data Engineer.
• Experience in data mining and building data pipelines (ETL or API).
• Understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI technologies.
• Experience with large language models like OpenAI, LLAMA2, Claude, or PALM.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and familiarity with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.
• Knowledge of major cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).
• Analytical mindset with a strong foundation in mathematics (statistics, algebra).
• Problem-solving aptitude with excellent communication and presentation skills.
