BIM Consultant (Construction Digitalisation | Technical Support | Presentation)

• Basic $4000 - $6000 + AWS + Variable Bonus

• Working location: Central
• Working days: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm
• Training Provided for those with lesser experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating and implementing BIM deliverables for projects.
• Work closely with project stakeholders and modelling team on providing input for model creation for BIM presentation or progress claim.
• Providing BIM consultation and related services on digitalization in measurement and cost management.
• Conducting training on BIM/VDC/CDE software.
• Supporting the sales team in requirement gathering, proposal writing, marketing, and presentations.
• Understanding clients' requirements and working closely with internal stakeholders on system integration if needed.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master degree in quantity surveying, construction management or equivalent.
• Proficiency in BIM software (Autodesk, Revit, CostX, Cubicost).
