Partner with the best As a North Africa Drilling & Completion Fluids Are Service Delivery Manager, you will manage the service delivery for an assigned area and portfolio of products and services. As a North Africa Drilling & Completion Fluids Are Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars.
• Collaborating with sales teams as well as direct interaction with customers for assigned area to understand the activity forecast.
• Ensuring flawless execution and on-time delivery by assigning appropriate resources in line with volume.
• Ensuring that the team fully understand the contracts/quote for their assigned job portfolio.
• Developing team in line with competency and training programs for their respective positions as well as future career plans
• Overseeing the budget and P/L for the area of responsibility.

• Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a relevant, related subject.
• Have 10 years of experience in Drilling and Completions Fluids.
• Have previous experience in Drilling Fluids & Completion field.
• Demonstrate experience of leadership, mentoring and developing teams in global matrix environment
• Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems.
• Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead teams.
