Civil &Project Senior Engineer

Job Description

• Follow up all engineering projects and technical activates relating to the project & prepare reports on the project's status during working projects and ensure are completed all projects according to project plan.
• Preparation, Scheduling and pre-planning before initiating projects.
• Formulations of the projects, determination responsibilities to the most capable employees and monitoring the project team
• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring engineering projects.
• Follow up the civil maintenance in all site including, painting, ceiling, Alumital, cracking, concrete, floors & epoxies.
• Coordinate with external subcontractors that are required to complete the civil maintenance in site.
• Follow execution & receiving of all civil maintenance works from the external subcontractors..
• Prepare periodic reports about the building and civil utilities status in all site &  prepare for maintenance the damages
• Prepare annual periodic maintenance for following up and maintenance of the building and civil utilities in addition to the requirements needed to do that
• Issuance of all necessary licenses from all competent government agencies, bodies or any authority from which licenses are required for all business inside or outside the company in accordance with business allegiance and required by laws, regulations, presidential or ministerial decisions, or any decisions that require obtaining licenses.
• Designing contracts, setting conditions, delay penalties, and obligations of both parties.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Engineering/civil section is required .
• Experience not less than 5 years especially project management in manufacturing field.
• Pharmaceutical Background is preferable .
• Have a good knowledge & experience in engineering software programs such as AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project.
• SAP User is preferable
