Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description

• Standardize documentation process including, policies, quality manual, procedures, work instructions and standard processes.
• Supervise document center/controller to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22000 documentation adherence.
• Coordinate implementation and integration of QA projects like ISO 9001, ISO 22000, BRCGS.
• Conduct QA training, orientation for employees.
• Conduct HACCP study and identify CCP`s, QCP`s, OPRP`s.
• External Calibration to all instrument in factory 
• internal Calibration to the balances Temperatures (Fridges, Cooling Tunnels, Halls, Oil Tanks, Cookers
• follow up the Maintenance the balance with the Outsourcing company
• All SAP order and uses 
• Warehouse Audit (GSP)
• Specs follow up after be approved from R&D
• Carry out monthly audit on GMP, Food safety, 5S
• Carry out daily recipe audit 
• Training stuff on GMP, food safety, 5S 
• Check any work order for maintenance in production halls
• Follow - up QA technician on their daily tasks 
• HACCP verification report 
• Good hygiene practice report 
• Metal detector repots   
• Damaged wooden pallets report 
• Sorting table sanitation report 
• Sanitation plan
• Warehouse inspection (QDI)
• FIFO & FEFO Audit (warehouses + Fridges)
• Warehouse Audit (GSP)
• Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice

Job Requirements

• Previous experience within 3 years in the same industry 
• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Agriculture.   
• Fully aware of ISO systems, ISO 9001:2015& ISO22000:2018 & ISO 17025
• Lean Manufacturing
