Job Description
- Develop, implement, and maintain cost control procedures and systems. - Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure adherence to financial plans. - Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions as needed. - Prepare regular cost reports and forecasts for management review. - Collaborate with project teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost control within the construction industry. - Proficiency in cost control software and tools. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Apply safely
