Do not attach your resume here, just send it to the email addresses below for proper viewing. claireanite@transpaccargo.com icelenriquez@transpaccargo.com Job Description •Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedules). •Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies •Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc. •Organize travel arrangements for colleagues •Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, ensuring that policies are fully implemented, and performance management. •Willing to do Compliance Tasks such as obtaining, updating, and renewing LGU permits of the company •Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and case investigations. •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills •Problem-solver •Good decision-making skills •Strong ethical standards Job Qualifications • Graduate of BS Psychology or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources. • 1-2 years of relevant work experience either in the warehouse or logistics industry • Must have above-average communication skills in written and oral English and Filipino. •Excellent knowledge of various HR and Admin functions recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, employee benefits administration, evaluation, training & development, labor relations, etc. •Proficient in MS Office, Excel & Outlook •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to handle diverse sources of information in a CONFIDENTIAL, SENSITIVE MANNER with due care, respect, and discretion, and absolute CONFIDENTIAL and LOYALTY. •Full understanding of HR functions and best practices. •Additional training/certification in Payroll Management – may be advantageous. •Willing to work in Carmona, Cavite •Can start ASAP / Job types: FULL TIME. #J-18808-Ljbffr
