Candidate Profile: As an Office Staff, it is important that you share our core values, has initiative, resourceful, and detail-oriented. Job Overview: You will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure that operations are maintained in an effective, up-to-date, and accurate manner. Asides from answering calls, filing, scanning, encoding, and printing are your main work. Job Objectives:
- To convey messages well either in writing or during calls.
- To resolve queries via chat, email, or call.
- To provide clerical support to Departments including office and administrative support.
- Manage the day-to-day admin and clerical operations.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Keep documents and/or records organized.
- Respond, monitor, and endorse calls to the proper departments.
- Perform other functions as may be assigned from time to time.
- Graduate of Accountancy or any related course.
- Preferably fresh graduate.
- Has the ability to anticipate needs and complete important tasks properly and on time.
- Willing to work in Recto Avenue, Manila.
