Key Responsibilities: Accountable for assigned sales target:
  • To identify and establish new clients as well as new business opportunities to ensure successful market penetration and further strengthen current position in market
  • To initiate, promote and develop sales opportunities for the assigned products at assigned territory and to achieve the desired growth.
  • To build and sustain strong network with Key Opinion Leaders and turn them to become TOPCON’s Advocator
  • To negotiate the best term in any sales transactions that encountered
Daily Sales routines
  • To plan and organize effective sales visits
  • To answer queries/ complaints and offer solutions based on situation, resources and knowledges
  • To arrange / organize and conduct product demonstration/ Product powerpoint presentation / product detailing and application training before or after sales and ensure the smooth run of the sales cycle.
  • To prepare quotations, proposals or any related documents that useful or needed for sales leads or tenders
  • To gather the latest market information / feedback on products and present to manager from time to time for business planning
  • To be responsible for credit collection
  • To assist and ensuring the smooth run of delivery to clients
Documentation & Others
  • To be timely submitting reports to managers ( weekly report, sales potential list, visit plans, etc)
  • To be attentive to the emails, screening, internal training either webinar or on- line university courses and ad hoc matters as per requested.
  • To assist, coordinate and on duty for trade events.
  • To be actively attending to company organized learning or training session/ meetings either on or off line
  • To play as team player in the team in order the Unit to achieve the Company goals and sales target
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum tertiary education, preferably in Applied Sciences, Biomedical, Engineering, Nursing, Optometrist/ Optician, & IT
  • Experiences in the eye care industry will be an added advantage.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Able to communicate in local dialects.
  • Strong inclination towards sales & marketing, aggressive, innovative, self- motivator, problem solver, customer oriented & people person
  • To possess a valid driving license.
Other information:
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
