Duties and Responsibilities

• Directing and organizing administration, education, and medical service provision

• Developing, implementing, and evaluating medical services and policies

• Preparing annual reports by summarizing the strengths and weaknesses of the organization

• Ensuring medical service and equipment needs are articulated to the right departments or individuals

• Implementing change management plans to engage and support Physicians and staff members

• Implementing procedures that look to advance technology and data use

• Monitoring and assessing program resource needs by working with other medical leaders

• Leading activities and programs with Physicians and other healthcare staff to improve service delivery

• 8 hour shift
