With an extensive portfolio that combines enterprise-grade solutions and in-house innovations, we facilitate Aeven's growth journey, offering both traditional on-prem infrastructure and application outsourcing as well as hybrid cloud services.  The Application Lifecycle Management team helps organizations to manage and structure the Application Lifecycle from Project Planning, through Requirement gathering, Tests, Deviations/Error handling to Production.  Responsibilities:  Develop and configure components of the service to meet customer requirements, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.  Execute tests, maintain comprehensive documentation, and adhere to GxP regulations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance.  Efficiently handle defects, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to service delivery.  Engage in proactive communication with customers, addressing support tickets, service requests, and inquiries promptly and effectively.  Contribute to ongoing service compliance activities, including configuration reviews and adherence to industry standards, to ensure continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.  Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for service enhancement and implement solutions to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency.  Provide technical support to customers, including investigating logs, error handling, and resolving technical issues, to ensure smooth operation and user satisfaction.  Deliver customer presentations of ALM Quality Center, showcasing technical and functional capabilities through demos and presentations.  Qualifications:  The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications and experience:  Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.  At least 3 years of experience in a GxP regulated industry, including test execution and description within this context, as well as direct customer support.  Proficiency in Micro Focus Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), SQL languages, databases, HTML, and Visual Basic.  Excellent written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.  Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of documentation practice.  Employee benefits 5 weeks of vacations/year  Possibility to work from home  Meal vouchers in the amount of 100 CZK per workday (Aeven covers 55 CZK)  Fully covered MultiSport card enabling free entry to sports facilities in the Czech Republic  Free breakfasts on Mondays and monthly get-togethers  Free fruits and vegetables from Monday to Thursday  Wide selection of tea and coffee for free  Height-adjustable tables  Relax zones with Xbox  Annual flu vaccination for free  At Aeven, we’re on a mission to keep digital infrastructure critical to the lives of millions, safe, secure, and productive.
