JOB DESCRIPTION The scope of the job is to manage and lead the F&A team, aiming to fulfill finalization of accounts, timely compliances, audit & control, audit support, cost benefit analysis, project margin analysis and financial evaluation of projects and operations & maintenance A. Responsibilities Finalization of Accounts

  • Finalization of Accounts + Audit Support
  • Statutory Compliances
  • Day to Day Transactional Activities
  • Receivables vs Payable Mgt. (Collections & Payments)
  • evenue Assurance
Cost Management
  • Cost Benefit Analysis and Profit Margin Analysis + CMA + Monthly MIS
  • Financial Dashboarding
  • Cross Functional Support and Coordination with other Depts.
  • Financial Evaluation of Projects and O&M
Statutory Compliances
  • Legal & Statutory Compliances
  • Statutory Payments
  • Bankers/Investors Compliances
Payments & Receipts
  • Timely payment to Vendors/Suppliers
  • Reporting Idle Fund Utilization
  • Coordination with Billing Team for Collection Plan
  • Coordination with Project & SCM Team for execution plan
Process/People Improvement & Team Building
  • Understand and improve the excellence in the processes for each activity in terms of following guidelines/checklists.
  • Skill development of each team member and ensure that they can complete the activities independently
  • Self-Development, Knowledge Building & Sharing using or imparting technical and personality development training to the team
  • Ensuring cross-functional activities within the team to avoid dependencies
  • Motivate team members towards a positive mind-set which in turn reflect their personal & professional career growth
Miscellaneous Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible, either directly or by managing staff, for all cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting, helping to drive the company’s financial strategy
  • Coordinate the development of the annual operating, capital, and program budgets, and reporting against the same
  • Ensure cash flow is compatible with company operations, by overseeing the day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal control activities of the organization
  • Lead the development and use of best-practice policies, practices, and tools that ensure a well-controlled yet flexible organization with strong fiscal management, project management, cross team communications and workflow
  • Comply with Govt and Regulatory financial requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing compliance, and taking action

Confidentiality: Do not speak anything of internal matters, client’s details, financial details or any proprietary information of the company to anyone formally or casually. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Master’s degree in accounting, Business Accounting, or Finance
  • Total Accounting/Finance experience required : 12-15 years
  • Exposure in Telecom Domain: At least 3-5 Years’ Experience in Executive Leadership (Finance Head/Financial Controller) positions preferably in a TowerCo
  • Age Band : Max up to 35- 40 years
  • Working knowledge of raising capital beyond traditional lines of credit
  • International experience is mandatory
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions and investor relations is preferable
  • CPA a strong plus
Location: Taguig -Corporate Office Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract of one year (can be extended further based on performance) Benefits : a. Employer contribution of SSS, Pagibig & PHealth b. 4 casual leaves, 8 sick leaves , 6 vacation leaves in a calendar year ( January-December), as per company’s Attendance & Leave Policy c. Working Days : Mon-Friday (9.00 am-6.00 pm Philippines Time), however, employees , if required, are expected to come to office on Saturday as this is the senior level position. Job Type: Full-time Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
  • 13th month salary
