The Opportunity As part of our growth strategy for the business, we are currently looking to recruit a Client Support & Office Administrator to join our consulting practice and support the team. Working within an experienced team, the role of Client Support & Office Administrator will focus on supporting our HR and Employment law consultant team who manage our extensive retainer client base. This role plays an integral part in the day to day management of the office in Blackrock and also provides for the opportunity to support on a diverse range of HR projects which will support you developing your career in HR and ER. - As an integral part of the smooth running of our business, the role of the Client Support & Office Administrator works alongside a talented team of Consultants supporting our clients

- First point of contact between clients and senior staff, providing clear, concise, polite and timely communication
- Actively manage phone calls and correspondence from clients
- Reviewing policies and employment contracts in line with Employment legislation and regulations
- Support and advise clients on specific HR /HS matters as necessary and in line with capabilities
- Support as note taker for consultancy projects; investigation and disciplinary meetings
- Maintains complex and sensitive client records, documentation, and files
- HR, Employment Law and Health & Safety administration as required for clients across a diverse range of sectors
- Actively managing client onboarding and account set up, contractual agreements and management of Docusign system
- Maintaining documentation and preparing reports as required to ensure compliance and support the wider team and business deliverables as required
- Research and HR article writing
- Maintain office, office supplies and stock, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies
- Receive, sort, and distribute the post
- Manage and coordinate meetings
- Contributing to and supporting our engagement calendar initiatives
- A primary degree, preferably in HR
- Ideally Post-graduate Diploma in HR / Employment Law / Employment Law Diploma Law Society
- At least 1-2 years relevant HR / Administration or coordinator role within a busy environment
- Exposure to a professional/corporate environment
