HR Onboarding/ Contract Management Officer Tangspac Consulting is a specialist recruitment firm focused in serving the technology & financial services sectors since 1994. We provide permanent placement & contractual staffing solutions for our clients in Singapore, Hong Kong, and China. We are looking for an HR Onboarding/ Contract Management Officer to manage the employee onboarding, contract renewal, and offboarding procedures our company follows while serving clients in the technology & financial services sectors. This officer’s responsibilities include processing employment documents, ensuring onboarding compliance (with respect to labor laws and new hire requirements of our clients), and ensuring our hires experience a smooth onboarding to their new roles. As a core member of Tangspac’s HR Team, your key responsibilities would include:
- Handling full candidate onboarding documentation & administration process. I.e. vetting letter of employments, reviewing all contractor onboarding documentation, applying correct bill/pay rates and contract start/end dates, ensuring all Engagement/Work Order documentation is in order, briefing new hires on minimum training & probation criteria etc.
- Ensuring compliance with all our client’s onboarding procedures
- Communicate with new hires before their start date to provide necessary information (e.g. work schedules and contract details)
- Attending to queries from employees and clients regarding bill rates and contract documentation
- Facilitating contract renewals on behalf of our recruitment desks
- Process employment paperwork
- Medical Insurance Management
- Compile documents to Finance department for submission of government-paid childcare leave, maternity leave, paternity leave and NS make-up pay
- Any other administrations as may be assigned from time to time
- Excellent Attention to detail, meticulous, and able to meet tight deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Preferably past experience in HR Administration / Contract Management
- Preferably experience in recruitment industry in Singapore
- Good knowledge of MOM Employment Act
- Familiarity with employment paperwork, including terms of agreement, fixed-term contracts and background checks/ onboarding compliance
