Planning and Environment Senior Associate Lawyer – Dublin A superb opportunity has arisen for a Planning and Environment Lawyer to join a top tier law firm in Dublin. This position will offer ambitious candidates the opportunity to work on a market leading team who advise on some of the most high profile planning and environment cases in the country. There are excellent opportunities for career development and the opportunity to work very closely with clients. The Role Our clients Planning & Environment team advise state bodies, banks, developers and engineers on an extensive range of planning and environment matters. The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:

• Acting for clients in contentious matters
• Advising on judicial reviews arising out of infrastructure projects, planning injunctions and oral hearings
• Advising on the preparation of planning applications
• Advising on Environmental Impact Assessments and Natura Impact Statements

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified as a Solicitor in Ireland or England and Wales with 4+ years PQE in Planning and Environment law
• Excellent communication and research skills
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Commercial focus
