Our client, A large multinational based in Dublin West requires candidates for a HR Coordinator position within their HR Department. The chosen candidate will report into the Senior HR Advisor. • Support the HR Advisors to ensure employee documentation is inputted correctly.
• Organise internal L&D sessions.
• Assist with any HR queries from Managers and Employees.
• Support the Payroll team by updating employee details and info on their HRIS regularly.
• Support the HR Advisors with designing job ads, scheduling interviews and drafting relevant paperwork.
• Manage the development of their internal HR newsletter.
• Update HR policies when necessary.
• Assist with team audits as needed.
• Support the onboarding of new employees
• Ad hoc HR projects from time to time
• BA in Business, HR or similar
• 1 year+ experience using a HRIS
• CIPD qualified is a plus
• Strong experience working in a fast paced environment
• Great initiative and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to organise and prioritise work assignments.
• Be a team player, showing flexibility in your approach.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook & Powerpoint).
