Job Title: Commercial Product Development Manager

Location: Co Dublin Reference: MC1768 We have a great new role as Commercial Product Development Manager with this luxury travel company focused on deluxe golf holidays. This could be a great opportunity for someone with deep hospitality/travel sales expertise to side step into developing a new tourism leisure product. This role will be responsible for scoping, developing and delivering new market-leading golf travel product experiences and services for designated source markets, in accordance with the company’s commercial and brand objectives and targets. The ideal candidate will have previous experience developing dynamically packaged travel products and experiences from the ground up. Must have a minimum of five years’ management experience in relevant fields, ie commercial product development, hospitality / leisure sales, luxury travel. Must also have significant understanding of the golf or luxury leisure travel segment. Further candidate attributes include:

• Strong supplier relationship and account management experience,Essential -hotels, transport providers, Desirable –golf.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a cross functional team, with the ability to bring people with you.
• Creative and innovate thinker with the ability to interpret data, insights, and trends to create new product and revenue opportunities.
• Problem solver with the ability to push through barriers to get the job done.
• Highly numerically literate with the ability to interpret data and communicate financial and non-financial value of new product opportunities.
• Knowledge of relevant IT systems and market offerings with the ability to develop and think through future ways of working.
• Proven track record in delivering objectives and managing large product portfolios.
• BA/BS in a related field.
