D365 CE CRM Support Analyst - Dublin 4x p/w €55,000

Dynamics 365 CE Support €55,000 Pearson Carter are working with a highly reputable and established company in Ireland, looking to recruit a passionate and experienced Support candidate to join their growing team in Dublin. This opportunity would be for one of Irelands largest home residential builders with a phenomenal work culture focusing on the people and employees that make the business what it is. They recently went live last year with D365 CE and are now rolling out phase 2, they are a company focused on progression and development encouraging all employees to take on professional courses. Responsibilities:

• 1st and 2nd line support role – no debugging or modifications as this is done by their partner
• Data manipulation
• Focus on sales and marketing modules and also some bespoke modules
• Working with Dynamics CRM systems

Experience and Requirements:

• D365 CE CRM Support
• Customisation & Configuration experience
• 1st and 2nd line support.
• Need to be based in Dublin as it’s 4 days in the office and one from home
• Excellent communication skills
