Learning & Development Specialist Are you an experienced L&D professional who is now looking for a new challenge in the mid-west region?Our client, a highly successful strategic business consultancy, have now engaged with us in CPL on an exclusive basis to hire a Learning & Development Specialist to join their People Operations team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a suitably qualified L&D or HR professional to join a highly dynamic & fast growing organisation headquartered in Limerick city & further develop their HR career so if you're interested, please apply! The Job : Reporting to the CEO, the successful candidate will cover a broad remit & manage L&D projects & initiatives for their corporate & multinational client base both here in Ireland & internationally. More specifically you will be tasked with designing, developing & evaluating training/L&D programmes, collaborating with key stakeholders to analyse individual & team based L&D needs, designing engaging learning solutions, creating supportive learning assets (eg case studies, interactive workbooks, etc.), continuously evaluating programmes to ensure quality & effectiveness, maintaining comprehensive documentation & ensuring best in class industry outcomes. Your Skills/Experience that we need :

• 3rd level degree qualified, or above, in HR, Org Development, Training or a related discipline.
• 4-5+ years experience in a L&D focused role ideally in a large corporate or dynamic environment.
• Proven experience in L&D/HR project/change management & stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent inter-personal skills & ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
• Strong IT skills.

The Offer : This position is being offered as a permanent role with salary range depending on experience but expected to be range from to approx. 55k + benefits including pension, health care & 7-8% annual bonus. This role will be a hybrid mix of 2-3 days in-office & the balance working from home/remote so could also suit candidates who are based outside the immediate Limerick city region.
