Job Purpose / Role The Head of Digital Products, will be responsible for overseeing the design, creation, development, and enhancement of digital products within Salam consumer department. Primary objective is to lead a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver innovative and market-leading digital solutions that meet the needs of Salam customers while aligning with the Salam's strategic objectives. Duties & Responsibilities Strategy Development:

  • a comprehensive digital product strategy integrating UI/UX design principles, social media integration, and customer feedback mechanisms.
  • with top management to delineate the digital product strategy aligned with overarching business objectives.
  • market research activities, analysis of industry trends, social media best practices, and identifying opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • alignment of product strategy with Salam's objectives and customer needs, fostering a seamless user experience across all digital touchpoints.
Leadership:
  • a cross-functional team comprising product managers, designers, social media specialists, digital marketing, sales, and other stakeholders.
  • and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, technical teams, business units, customers, and partners.
  • with marketing communications and social media vendors to devise strategies for promoting digital products, engaging customers, and gathering feedback through social channels.
Digital Product Planning and Road mapping:
  • digital product roadmaps prioritizing UI/UX enhancements, social media integration features, business goals, and customer feedback initiatives.
  • closely with UI/UX designers to craft intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces optimizing user engagement and satisfaction.
  • closely with product managers to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and deliverables, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
  • product innovation through rapid prototyping, experimentation, and iterative methodologies.
Job Specifications Required Education Level, Skills & Abilities (Specific Policies, Certifications etc.)
  • degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • knowledge of agile methodologies, product management best practices, and emerging trends in digital technology.
  • communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
RequiredExperience
  • telecom experience (15 years) relevant to digital product management or product development roles, with a track record of delivering successful digital products.
  • least 7 yearsof experience in digital products delivery.
  • working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction.
  • to thrive in ambiguity and drive results in a rapidly evolving market landscape.
