Job Summary: The Food & Beverage - Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including customer service, staff management, inventory control, and financial performance. Job Responsibility: - Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high food quality standards - Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations - Monitor and control inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability - Develop and execute marketing and promotional activities to attract and retain customers - Analyze financial data and prepare reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing requirements Candidate Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field - Proven experience in restaurant management, with a strong track record of success - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control - Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Certification in food safety and sanitation regulations is a plus
