Job Responsibilities:
Calling prospective clients & encourage to register or promote the other products
Contacting existing customers to resolve issues related to the products and services.
Pro-actively suggesting solutions based on customer's behaviours.
Reaching potential clients to advise them new promotions or administration utilizing pre-defined scripts
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Min 1 yr experience as Telecaller, TeleMarketer, Sales representative or other customer service role
Good knowledge of computer programs like (CRM software) and other telephone systems
