Responsibilities

Troubleshoot issues with AMC clients remotely and onsite

Design, Planning and implementing various Lan/Wan/Wireless network solutions related to the project and related systems for permanent and temporary setups

Install network hardware, peripherals, services, settings, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements

Perform site visits and generate BOQ for client requirements

Resolve issues tiers of support have escalated by troubleshooting cloud and local infrastructure

Install, configure and maintain Ubiquiti, Cisco, Palo Alto and Fortigate Firewalls, VPN Concentrators and other security appliances related to the network infrastructure

Requirements

Industry-related experience as a Senior Network Engineer or Network Administrator for minimum 3 years

Professional certification (Cisco, HP, Juniper, Cisco, Ubiquiti, Sonicwall, Fortigate, PaloAlto, Barracuda )

Experience with Peplink routers

Solid background in network administration and architecture

In-depth understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF)

Sharp troubleshooting skills

Hands on experience with Cisco ASA and Fortigate Firewalls

Working knowledge of local and wide area networks (LAN/WAN), internet, email systems, telecommunications and data communications; standard operating systems, storage for local and distributed environments
