Our client is seeking a Senior Community Manager who will be responsible for assisting the Community Management Leadership in planning, budgeting, and coordinating with other departments to improve the efficiency of the facilities.

Responsibilities

Collaborating with vendors, contractors, and service providers to optimize both hard and soft facilities management services, thereby enhancing the functionality of retail facilities.

Executing corrective and reactive maintenance activities to meet agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Contributing to the development of contract-specific Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) procedures, method statements, and risk assessments.

Managing the Defect Liability Period (DLP) to ensure timely reporting and resolution of issues and observations.

Supporting Senior Leadership in technical evaluations for new tenders and capital expenditure projects.

Assisting in managing the Community Management teams budget, recommending budget adjustments, creating project timelines, and ensuring operational excellence within allocated resources.

Managing the operating budget of the Community Management department and maintaining transparent financial records.

Requirement

Membership in the Institute of Workplace & Facilities Management (IWFM), formally BIFM (minimum), certified membership preferred.

Accredited technical training certifications related to Community Management are an added advantage.

4+ years of experience in facilities management, with at least 1+ years in a retail environment, preferably within the UAE.

Solid understanding of fit-out work in retail assets.

Proficiency in Facilities Management (FM) software.
